About
For 25 years, we have been focused on building stable balance sheets.
Joe helps business owners move towards and then execute an exit strategy for their businesses. He also works closely with high income earners in the medical and executive space. His job is to oversee strategies that align with a fully integrated financial plan and balance sheet. Beyond his technical experience, clients benefit from the various events Joe has experienced in his career including “Y2K”, the 9/11 terror attacks, recessions, including the “Great Recession” of the 2008/2009 housing crisis and most recently the fears around the spread of the “Covid-19 Corona Virus” and the impacts all these events have had on market and balance sheets.
Joe and his wife, Jayme and have six children. They split time between their homes in Las Vegas, NV and St. Louis, MO. Joe’s entire family enjoys physical fitness and competes in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. They have a special interest in helping to raise money and fund ministries that help trafficked and abused children in the United States and the Middle East.

Sarah’s role is to make sure all promises are delivered upon. This means she handles all details of the planning process that clients are engaging in with Joe and the team. Sarah has a unique ability where she thrives in an environment that has no predictability and is able to adapt on the fly while at all times keeping her eye on what needs to be done. Sarah has an incredibly high desire to see to it that everyone has a great experience in working with the team. Sarah joined Joe’s team in 2011 and immediately became the glue that held everything together.
Sarah is a native Memphian who enjoys traveling with her better half, Shawn. Her goal is to see and experience somewhere new and different whenever there is the opportunity. When not engaged with the team or traveling the world, you can most likely find Sarah at a music venue listening to live music or anywhere that involves food, whether that be the new restaurant in town or hosting a dinner party with family and friends. She loves to learn and is always looking for the next adventure!
John Mark Fisher has been in the financial services industry since 2002 and joined Joe DeLisi and his team in 2012. Now more than ever, John Mark has a passion to help his clients build their personal balance sheet the right way. In an industry that talks about relationship but rarely follows through on the promises made, John Mark knows that the difference in financial success and failure is often the team that people choose to put around them. His job is to help new clients find the DeLisi team and to make sure they are getting they attention they need to find success.
John Mark grew up in Germantown, TN and attended Evangelical Christian School where he graduated in 1998. He then went to school at Mississippi College and graduated in 2002 with a degree in business administration. Today he loves playing basketball, tennis and golf. He lives in East Memphis with his wife Dottie and their four children. On the weekends you will probably find him on the golf course with his friends at Windyke Country Club. His family is also very active members at Kirby Woods Baptist Church.
